  • Developed robotics that saved 180 minutes of daily time and produced error-free output.
  • Handling more than 800,000 data points every day without discrepancies. Reconciliation of more than 8 lakh transactions daily to ensure all the transactions are posted correctly as per process and customer requirements.

  • Led a critical service request received from a customer to transfer money from the wrong card to the correct card, and excess credit refunds from credit cards to source accounts within the bank and outside the bank. within a 24-hour turnaround time.

  • Developed training programs to educate new team members on BAU policies and procedures.
  • Developing a robotics tool for cheque and UPI, Infinity transactions with the help of the IT team, which reduced 90% of manual work with an accuracy of 99.99%.
