Project 1: Migration. Client: Bank, University, and Hospital.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Migrating the on-premises servers that are scheduled for migration without any escalations.
• Performing the network analysis for each server using the data collected from Log Analytics.
• Executing Pre-Migration, Post-Migration PowerShell scripts and reporting the blockers to the team.
• SPOC of 3 different migration projects in which we had regular connects with the onshore and client to understand their needs and explain our ideas to them to have a smooth migration.
• Experienced in configuring the end-to-end things for migration in Azure, including Azure Migrate Project, Appliance (Agentless & Agent-based).
• Develop Azure PowerShell scripts to automate the flow of migration, which helped the team increase their efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Involved in preparing the Azure Migrations Design document and process document.
• Troubleshooting with the client if they face any issues post migrating servers to Azure.
• Created and Maintained Azure DevOps Projects, Azure Repos, Boards, and maintained the team's daily tracker in Boards.
• Provided various Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team on the new Scripts and explained the End-to-End migration process.

Project #2: Azure DevOps.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working on Terraform code (Landing Zone) for a bank client and delivering all the infrastructure using Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines.
• SPOC for File share Migration of a huge legacy on-premises to Azure Files.

Project #3: Infra Transformation support. Client: Bank, University, and Hospital.

• Resource Monitoring: Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to track performance, availability, and health of cloud resources and applications.
• Alerting and Incident Management: Set up monitoring alerts and respond to incidents related to infrastructure failures, high resource utilization, or downtime.
• Access Control: Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity and access management. Ensure least privilege access for users and services.
• Security Patches: Ensure timely deployment of security patches and updates to Azure services, virtual machines, and related infrastructure.
