· Find and convert clients that are interested in opening stock trading accounts through direct sales (face to face), cold calling, networking, your own data/sources, and references.
· If you are experienced in this industry, you will have to display a productive strategy for sourcing and converting from your old/existing client base, or by acquiring data of existing investors in the market and meeting and convincing them to avail our service.
· Managing your converted clients on a day-to-day basis.
· Find and add new prospects regularly, and to convert them into clients within a reasonable time (3-4 weeks for new prospects, 7-10 days for existing prospects).
· Have a customer-first approach and ensure that the customer is serviced well.
· Ensure that the customer trades actively after opening of the trading account.
· To understand customer's financial goals, and advise them on how we can fulfill those needs.
· Support the delivery of service levels, and productivity targets for the site and marketplaces he/she is supporting.
· Responsible for the assignment of tasks to the operation by optimizing the usage of workforce.
· Manage the development of global standards (Average Handle time, NPT, Shrinkage, Attrition).
· Work closely with data, associates and team managers to pro-actively identify issues and take appropriate actions to minimize impact.
· Assist the development of Workforce Management and Scheduling systems by partnering with in-house technology teams.
· Manage and drive change through effective use of clearly defined delivery plan, ensuring stakeholders receive regular updates.
