- Built and managed Associate Conduct Incident program for SPS (in-house and outsourcing sites across PHI, IND, EMEA, JP, CN and NA regions) to ensure each incident is investigated through a standard process. Conducted several investigations by collaborating with Site leadership teams, Regional Corporate Counsel, Regional Legal team, Selling Partner Abuse team and External Investigations team to complete the deep dive and publish P&C incident summary to SPS Director and Sr. leadership team (Completed 9 Incidents in 2020).
- Built and managed Monthly Performance (Risk) Review program across 19 SPS partner sites to ensure the completion of compliance audits within 10 risk prone categories to proactively mitigate operational risks and identify bad actors (Seller-Associate collusions, Associate-Associate collusions, etc.).
- Built and managed Operational Mechanism Adherence audit program to ensure the audited sites are adhering to all operational mechanisms applicable within SPS and published audit reports for each audit to Sr. leadership team (Completed 10 onsite compliance audits in 2019 and 11 virtual audits in 2020)
- Owned action items identified by internal GRC Audit team for SPS and built effective remedial action plan to implement control mechanisms and worked with the Lead Auditor to close the same (Team reported 2 process gaps with Director level ownership and I have submitted one-pagers with quarterly remedial action to close the GRC items).
- Earned trust of various stakeholders across Amazon as SPS Risk Management SME and provided guidance to strategize the mitigation efforts of risks identified within Operations.
