• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) as per the design requirement, to determine appropriate material quantities for execution.
• Preparing variation statements for the Non-Tendered items and get it approved from clients
• Calculation of Quantities of various civil works as per drawings for procurement of materials.
• Preparing Rate Analysis for Civil works
• Maintaining Reconciliation statement of Materials every month.
