Currently Serving as the Deputy Manager-Trade Finance at AU small Finance Bank Ltd, where i oversee various A1 category payment. My responsibilities include of scrutinizing, inputting, authorizing of Advance import, Direct import, Collection and service payment. My responsibility also include of testing in the application and implementing the same in production. MIS Creation and circulation to various stakeholder is also a party of my role.

Additionally My task include Issuance, Amendment and Cancellation of Bank Guarantee.

· Reconciliation of Trade Finance and forex related entries.

· Reconciliation of IDPMS/EDPMS entries.

· Audit Expectations fulfillment.

· MIS publications.

· Any other tasks related to Bank's Trade Finance and International business back-office operations.

• Optimized internal workflows by identifying bottlenecks in processes and implementing efficient solutions for increased productivity

• Supply chain finance, Bank Guarantee, Authorized Dealer II
• Limit Setup of dealer of SCF OD and monitoring till closure
• End to End operation and tracking of SCF Bills (DDR), Including Dealer release, Collection posting, overdue and Drawdown Tracking, Sharing of Monthly Interest and Drawing Due MIS to Partner, passing of repayment entries including Penal charges, Interest, Drawdown, DP reduction, Drawdown hold, Drawdown removal etc
• Daily MIS circulation of Dealer wise drawdown, Interest overdue, drawdown overdue, repayment received, client wise utilization tracking, anchor wise utilization tracking etc
• GL reconciliation
• Bank guarantee issuance activity such as commission collection, BG issuance, ensuring lien marking on FD, GST invoice creation, Marinating of BG register, Amortization after BG issuance
• Document verification and custodians
• Coordinating with IT team with various challenges we face during the process like Account opening, limit setup, DPD etc
• Come with solution to render support to internal and external stakeholder (Partner)

• Worked under WSL OPS team and responsible for Disbursing WSL term loan with 100 % accuracy
• Maintaining, setting limit, and monitoring of DLOD & OD Account
• Maintaining a tracker for WSL clients and preparation of manual ledger of all WSL clients (Term Loan)
• Responsible for Publishing, providing, and supporting WSL business team with loan portfolio maintaining & providing daily data, data regarding client SOA, trial balance etc
• Coordinating with ITMIS for the same.
