• Leading a Six member team to handle 3-GCMS/MS, 2-LCMS/MS,1-LCMS, 3-Gas Chromatographs, Elementar CHNS and one Ion Chromatography.
  Managing day to day lab activities coordinating with purchase team in procurement of essential chemicals columns consumables. Generating request in time for AMC’s of the all the lab instruments and their accessories coordinating with vendors for their payments from accounts section. Analytical support to all the five production units for Sami Sabinsa group for the dispatch of the group Herbal & nutraceutical produce.
  Method Development and Analyze of Pesticide residues as per USP 561 in our herbal extracts, In process samples and excipients. Other contaminants like PAH (Polyaromatic hydrocarbons),Ethylene Oxide, Tricyclazole content ,Nitrosoamines, Dithiocarbamates Glyphosate, 2,4-D, Salacinol, Antibiotics(chloramphenicol), Ochratoxin, Pthalates, Steroid(Androstenedione,Higenamine) using LCMS/MS, GC-MS/MS and other instruments as per in house SOPs
  Method Development and analysis Residual solvents As per ICH limits, Assays of different herbal extracts, essential Oils, Fatty acids/Esters Estimations, Stability studies,Fomulation samples assay and Method developments by GC’s and Head space sampler.
• Responsible to support Phyto & Synthetic R&D for new molecules by using LCMS/MS ,GCMS/MS,GC’s & HPLC’s
  Addressing Break down of all the instrument with my inbuilt rectification skill.
  Analytical method development for various Customer queries and validations. Performed for Ethylene Oxide, Glyphosate, Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons, Pthalates, Tricyclazoles as perSANTE guidelines and routine analysis of pesticide residue as per USP and EU regulations.
  Procurement of Standards, Maintaining of standards as per their conditions, calibrations of instrument , AMC’s of all the instruments and their accesories ,
  Checking and verifying chromatograms of routine analysis, raw data, analytical reports and ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all activities.
  Preparation and review of relevant analytical instruments and laboratory SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) periodically.
  Creates, checks and assesses documents (method development protocols and reports, method validation protocols and reports, SOPs, laboratory qualification protocols and reports, etc.).
  Literature search for Analytical method development.
  To work maintain the GLP norms

• Technical Skills:
  Qualitative and quantitative analysis by LCMS/MS and GCMS/MS.
  Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot of analytical instruments GC,LC,GCMS/MS & GCMS/MS
  Proficient in handling and operation of GCMS/MS(Agilent7000,7000D,LCMS/MS(Agilent 6460)HPLC and
  GCMS/MS 7000D TQ.
  Operation of TLC MS (Advion).
  Method development and validation of pharmaceutical, herbal, natural molecules and nutraceutical molecules.
  Routine Calibration and maintenance of GC,HPLC,GCMS/MS & LCMS/MS and reviewing their records.
  Experience in validation qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) during installation and lab setup for LCMSMS.
