- Design intelligence frameworks that combine market research, competitive benchmarking, digital listening, and LLM-based analysis to generate actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Build and implement Agentic AI workflows that automate research, data synthesis, trend identification, competitive tracking, and executive reporting, significantly improving delivery efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with technology teams to conceptualize and develop AI-enabled intelligence products leveraging Claude, ChatGPT, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and advanced analytics.
- Pioneer new capabilities including AI Discovery Intelligence (LLM Visibility, GEO, AEO), Executive Intelligence Dashboards, Consumer Intelligence Platforms, Narrative Intelligence, and Predictive Market Intelligence.
- Lead solution consulting and support business development by creating proposals, capability decks, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and client-specific intelligence solutions that strengthen competitive differentiation.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on market dynamics, emerging trends, competitive threats, customer behavior, and business implications to inform strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
- Develop reusable research methodologies, AI playbooks, and best practices that standardize delivery while improving insight quality and speed across engagements.
- Mentor and lead a team of 5–7 analysts, driving capability development in AI-assisted research, strategic storytelling, and executive communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, strategy, product, and engineering teams to translate client challenges into scalable AI-powered intelligence solutions.
