PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Client is looking to improve their ‘Pay For You’ business function by reducing inefficient tasks required to complete the underlying processes while improving accuracy. With this objective, client has identified the requirements for automation of two important use cases namely Enablement of Smart Routing Automation and Enablement of Web Payment Automation.Enable Smart Routing Automation: The automation will be a user assisted RPA solution triggered by programmed times throughout the day. The automation will capture Enable Smart Routing card records located in Salesforce, sort them, and provide prioritized lists for agents to complete. Enable Web Payment Automation: Processes payments end to end by RPA bots

Provides fuel cards and workforce payment products and services.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architect and lead Pega solutions. Lead the offshore team with 10 team members directly reporting to me to implement technical deliverable's such as Enablement of Smart Routing Automation and Enablement of Web Payment Automation. Partnered with client to identify processes improvements, validate requirements, and customize the application user interface (UI). Enforced best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding. Handled all areas of application development that covers flows, agents / queue processors, Flow Actions, SLAs, Integrations. Worked on integrating the rest services. Designed the application with best practices and enterprise class structure. Implemented process monitoring and performed performance tuning. Optimized database queries. Demonstrated technical knowledge as a Technical Lead by coaching and mentoring team members on on-going basis. Collaborated with business process owners to automate business processes via BPM solutions.

Also playing the role of Project Manager from 1.6 years and efficiently doing stakeholder management.
