- Effective Utilization of roll offs by allocating them to the next project before they hit bench to ensure that there is no bench time for them or have lesser bench time which helps in reducing Bench Cost of the company.
- To ensure that there is smooth transition/movement of the employee to next project to ensure that it’s a win – win situation to both the company and to the associate.
