• Doing open PO analysis and pushing the cost center owner to do the GRN's timely in order to avoid exposure in books
• Inter Company: Prepare & Re-charge Misc. Invoices (for Inter Company and Third Party)
• Fixed Assets Projects: Creation of WBS (FOFA03), Capitalization of Assets (FOFA01), Assets Disposal, Preparation of PRD (FOFA02), Preparation of AR (Appropriate Request) & Intercompany Sale of Assets
• Process Review and Improvements
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Monitoring Internal Control System
• As we are working Report to report process where I have to get Downloads of Reports from Business Integrated Source (BI Source) or fetch data from System Application And product(SAP) by using Specific T-code(3611)
  
• For Global Reporting I am also involved in CMT (Cost Mapping Tool) to prepare the Overhead Reports on Monthly basis for Function reporting.
• For all above mentioned activity I am actively involved in Ad-hoc Request by mail or voice communication for any changes in reporting or any other kind of reporting as per client requirement. In this Voice communication activity normally I have to call to client or client call me to show me through Teams what changes we need to do.

• Preparation of MIS report for validation, and publication of financial statements for bonds and other related materials on the Bloomberg terminal,

• Ongoing validation of documents and reconciliations, research and correction of any variances

• Accounting for municipal bonds from various financial statement and 10-K Reports, Pension Reports, Financial Highlights etc. utilizing GASB rules

• Write reports periodically for management, assign documents and SDSK's, handle team queries, and work in the Equity Research Unit

• Analyzing financial report estimates using self-generated skills in the US and German markets

• Monitoring press releases and Preliminary Filings of the companies which may impact future earnings to revise and restate GAAP and NON-GAAP estimates

• Working with accounting and data entry systems to prepare accounts, ledgers, balance sheets, Profit and Loss accounts and notes to accounts
• Filling or checking forms such as GLN-2, 20B, 23B, 23AC, 23ACA and MGT-14
• Preparing Direct Tax Reports, CARO reports and board resolutions as per the Companies Act, 2013
• DSC registration, PAN/TAN registration and viewing 26AS on e-filing of Income Tax
• Preparing documents for Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate (FIRC)
• Preparing Income Tax Returns, TDS Returns, Service Tax Returns, VAT and CST Returns
• E-payment of advances
