  • Preparation of the annual repair, maintenance, and shutdown budget.
  • Coordinating material spare parts planning-related activities encompassing the identification of vendors, requirement specifications, indenting, and offer evaluation/technical reviews through the material management system for a variety of electrical equipment. Follow up for the timely procurement of materials.
  • Formation of PPIS reports (log sheet of generation and load consumption).
  • Conducting safety audits, job safety analysis internally, and preparing an action plan for outcomes.
  • Imparting job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Installation and commissioning of HT and LT electrical equipment, such as transformers, motors, double bus bar panels, MCCs, battery chargers, MOVs, relays, lighting panels, etc.
  • Studying drawings, single-line diagrams, and designs received from vendors for technical review. Providing technical approval for various specifications for required machines and equipment on a regular basis.
  • Preparing reports, analyzing data, and updating reports in the Management Information System for all running projects, as well as solving project and maintenance-related issues.
  • Battery banks and chargers, circuit breakers, VCBs, ACBs, SF6, HT and LT switchgears, relays, UPS, etc.
  • Maintenance management of electrical equipment in SPG, UPH, DM, WPT, CT and UPH area.
