• Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules of various equipment, such as 132/11/3.3/0.433 KV substations, VCB/MOCB/ACB for 11 KV to 0.415 KV ratings, HT/LT motors, transformers (up to 12.5 MVA), fire alarm systems, UPS and battery banks, paging systems, EOT cranes, conveyor belts, elevators, motorized valves, variable frequency drives, and cathodic protection systems for underground pipelines, as well as 11 KV /25 KV overhead lines. • Executing cost-saving and energy-saving techniques, measures, and modifications to achieve a reduction in R&M expenditures and work within the annual projected budget. Continuous thrust toward inventory reduction.
• Preparation of the annual repair, maintenance, and shutdown budget.
• Coordinating material spare parts planning-related activities encompassing the identification of vendors, requirement specifications, indenting, and offer evaluation/technical reviews through the material management system for a variety of electrical equipment. Follow up for the timely procurement of materials.
• Formation of PPIS reports (log sheet of generation and load consumption).
• Conducting safety audits, job safety analysis internally, and preparing an action plan for outcomes.
