• Look after Two Wheeler product across Geography along with Vendor Management and Customer Management keeping Company policy and compliances in place.

• Promoted as Senior Area Collection Manager, in Feb'21.
• Responsible for Collections of Two Wheeler, Consumer Loans and Home Loans across Delhi-NCR and Surrounding areas.
• Responsible for Man Management and Vendor Management across locations and across portfolios.
• Currently handling 20 agencies across region and portfolio with more than 10- manpower.
• Responsibly, making all vendors work efficiently in company's interest to make portfolio more healthier.
• Responsible for keeping good hygiene and work ethics among vendors.
