3. 415 V LT Panel Testing & Energization

• Busbar and cable IR testing
• ACB / MCCB / MCB primary and secondary checks
• Protection settings verification (OC, SC, EF)
• Functional testing of meters, indication lamps, and auxiliaries

4. Distribution & Transmission Line Testing and Energizing

• Route inspection and clearance verification
• Conductor continuity and phase identification
• Insulation resistance and earth continuity testing
• Tower / pole earthing resistance measurement
• Line charging, sectional energization, and observation

5. Protection Relay Configuration & Testing

• Relay configuration as per approved protection coordination study
• Setting of O/C, E/F, DOL, IDMT, differential, REF, and backup protections
• Secondary injection testing and tripping verification
• End-to-end testing
• Relay logic, alarms, event recording, and disturbance recorder checks

6. HT & LT Motor Testing and Commissioning

• Motor IR & PI testing (stator and rotor)
• Stator winding resistance measurement
• No-load and load trial runs
• Direction of rotation and vibration checks
• Starter / VFD / Soft Starter functional testing
• Protection checks – overload, single phasing, earth fault, stall

7. Testing, Commissioning Documentation & Reporting

• Preparation of detailed pre-commissioning and commissioning reports
• Test result compilation with calibrated instruments
• As-built drawings and final setting documentation
• Statutory compliance and client / consultant approvals
• Final handover documentation

• Testing and Commissioning Engineer | August 2023 – September 2025
• Execute testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) Panels up to 11KV and Low Tension (LT) Panels at 415V.
• Manage switchgear equipment including Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), Current Transformers (CT), Core Balance Current Transformers (CBCT), and Air Circuit Breakers (ACB).
• Perform comprehensive scheme checking for HT/LT panels, including interlocking and control circuit schemes.
• Conduct HV (High Voltage) testing for Power cables and Bus Bars rated up to 11KV.
• Prepare Test Packs and "Ready for Inspection" (RFI) schedules to ensure compliance with client standards and consultant approval.
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to streamline project approvals.

• Collaborated with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Conducted tests and evaluations on engineering prototypes for functionality.
• On testing protocols and best practices.
• Documented test results and report submit to project manager.
