I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of a branch location, including ensuring that it meets performance goals, adheres to regulations, and provides excellent customer service.

My Responsibilities Includes :

• Managing operations: Overseeing the branch's operations, including opening and closing, and ensuring that services are available to customers
• Meeting goals: Ensuring that the branch meets its goals for sales, service, safety, security, and compliance
• Improving efficiency: Identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Developing marketing strategies: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the customer base
• Managing budgets: Developing and managing the branch budget
• Analyzing needs: Analyzing member needs and promoting products and services
• Staffing: Analyzing staffing needs and ensuring employees are used effectively
• Business processes: Reviewing and recommending business processes and workflow changes
• Customer service: Providing responsive and quality customer service
• Inventory: Supervising inventory modifications and leading the annual inventory process

• To monitor and supervise all the operational activities of branch on daily basis and ensure satisfactory audit ratings for the branch
• To ensure error free operations at branch
• Maintain lobby and ensure all customers are attended
• I follow and help my colleagues to follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory and legislative) for each activity released from time to time
• I complete and help my colleagues to complete all learning activities/training.

• I was working towards achievement of CASA build up, in line with branch targets through efficient and cost-effective customer engagement.

• I provide consistent quality customer service to all customers
• Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
• Handling all types of customer instructions
• I was also back-up teller and I used to do all banking transactions like Cash deposits, Cash Withdrawals, NEFT, RTGS, DD, Lockers, Gold Loan.
