• Running recon for multiple Custodians to work on Custody level cash breaks

• Handling multiple fund groups & processing Trade and Loan activities like Pending Trade booking, Trade Settlement, Borrowing, Rollover, Paydown, Conversion, etc.,
• Booking Commitment, Utilization, and Assignment fees.
• Receiving query request from clients regarding challenges in fund transfer such as unable to apply, beneficiary claiming non-receipt of funds, amendment, cancellation, recall and return of funds.
• Processing the wire payments and manual debit to borrower's accounts.
• Reporting to other banks through SWIFTS messages like MT103, MT202 and others.
• Review the transaction for Nostro and Vostro entries at the time of fund transfer.
• Having direct exposure to Middle office & borrowers queries and complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly response.
• Perform reconciliation for the received cash and process report for any outstanding cash breaks.

• Worked in Title Search team. Using NETRONLINE, web search and collecting the title information like a deed, mortgage
• Handling real estate data, and has a slew of solutions on offer that facilitate informed decision making.
• Responsible to keep up with new updates and changes in the process and getting clarification from the client end
• Responsible to share if there is any bulk defects from the client end for the entire group.
• Managed the automation team by giving them the new tool requirement.
• Rectifying the ERRORS in the document using DAF tool.
• Working with the online tools like THOR and NETRO, this was provided by the client to find the customer details.
