Hired for the position of Technology solution architect, my primary role is to design and maintain the system in a way that re-usable components are built and used across projects . Apart from microservice architecture modelling and client requirement gathering , lead for all communication between the functional and technical teams

• Worked with customers or prospective customers to develop integrated solutions and lead detailed architectural dialogues to facilitate delivery of comprehensive solution.
• Guided and influenced existing partners on recommended upgrades and enhancements to integrated solutions..
• Developed and delivered technical training designed to enable and educate software implementation partners.

• Worked closely with product teams to define and prioritize partner feature requests
• Currently managing close to 3 projects with team strength of around 20 people
• Currently involved in huge project involving integration with IVR system. This project has extensively tested my knowledge in API's

• Translated technical concepts and information into terms all parties could easily comprehend.
• Discussed project progress with customers, collected feedback on different stages and directly addressed concerns.
• Oversaw several major new enhancements to existing software systems.

• Have contributed Bright idea based on python implementation for an issue that team had been facing for several years, code implementation is complete. Expected saving is 10k$ per year.

• Primary responsibility is to take user story as input and translate it to test cases
• Maintained Rxclaims quality checks and followed RCM standards while claim adjudication up-to payment processing and posting.
• Communicated between product owners and developers to clarify features.
• Have contributed Bright Idea-Navigation path finder which has been recognized as one of the most important and useful idea by our Rxclaims director. Navigation path finder idea has been implemented with an approved soft saving of $70k.
• Oversaw Rxclaim test planning, workload balancing and assignment delegation besides being an SME on many areas such as DUR,PA etc.
• While working on US2052811, worked extensively on Rxclaims to check for all DUR sample replications on the system. Was able to identify and include all of the scenarios in scope and delivered Quality output.
• Current SME for Rxclaims DUR area with Silver certification of the same.
• While working on US1876460 , identified the most complex tier selection scenarios, selected scenarios were very complex and had received business appreciation for the same.
• Ensured RCM process is followed while testing of each project to ensure end to end functionality is covered.
• Have received 2 sustaining edges and 7 aquamarines during my time in the project, our team also won the best team award where we were in competition with close to 15 other teams.
• While working on US2518999 , was able to find an existing Rxclaim production issue which was unknown to the business and was able to coordinate with the team and provide a fix for the same.
• Was the first one to start Rxclaim automation scripting on the team , have coding experience in RPG & Java.
• One of the primary responsibility is also to ensure No impacts and Business as usual for complete OptumRx post Go live.

• Was part of the BSST( Business Support Systems Transformation ) project in Riyadh which was successfully rolled out .Was the Onsite Lead for One and half years ,received appreciations for helping smooth rollout of various phases of the project.
• BSST was a migration project wherein STC business was migrating from AS400 technology to Java based technology.
• BSST(Business Support Systems Transformation) transformation project was the highest funded project in Middle East, amidst a lot of pressure of deadlines, all QA activities were done on time and ensured approval from business on time for implementation.
• Was involved in requirement translation and coordination with the Product owner on business request.
• Presented Enterprise Business unit demonstration extending 30 days to Business clients and received sign-off for implementation.
• Was awarded the most valuable employee in the team for contributions to all the phases of the BSS transformation project.
• Was the Subject matter expert for the provisioning side of the application .
• Identified problems and recommended new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Automated quality assurance testing of software by developing test cases and scripts.
