

Hands on Experience in End to End recruitment process, Client Handling, Vendor
Handling, Team Handling. which includes sourcing of resumes through various
job portals, screening, short listing and coordinating with the hiring managers and
tech team for technical interview.
Involved in scheduling the interviews, maintaining candidate’s details and
interview feedback in the internal database of ATS.
Responsible for verifying the documents of final round selected candidates before
offer release
Preparation of salary offer request and proposing the same with the management
for the offer approval.
Responsible for Package negotiation with Candidates, offer preparation and offer
release also induction . Prior to the DOJ regular follow-ups with the candidates to
track their acceptance and their joining statuson the DOJ. Coordinating with the
external vendors to discuss about the open positions and assisted in supply in
quality profiles.Responsible for handling the Recruitment team.
Responsible form a in training MIS/Tracker/status reports. Involved in employee
engagement activities.
