• Accountable for the delivery of the installation project
• Accountable for Site Safety
• Responsible for securing efficient management of environmental aspects of the installation (waste handling, hazardous material, minimization of travel)
• Accountable for the financial result of the project (cannot be responsible for costs associated with changes in factory prices or exchange rate variables)
• Participates to the sales/installation hand-over and validates the term of the order received from the customer together with the salesperson
• Prepares the overall installation program and resource planning
• Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to subcontractors
• Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness
• Accountable for use of correct installation methods throughout the installation
• Ensures cost control as per action plans during budget, and pre-calculated towards achieving the targets
• Responsible for administrative activities of the project including daily human resource management (absences, time sheet review/approvals) and reports project progress (schedule, installation hours, fitter time sheets, budget and risks) to his superiors
• Responsible for maintaining project documentation
• Collaborates with Accounts payable / Controlling to ensure site activities are planned and executed in accordance with contractual payment terms and actual payments received.
• Accountable for final testing of the equipment and handover to maintenance
• Single point of contact towards the customer during installation regarding site management, responsible for internal and external communication during the project
• Aims at achieving allocated sales targets and add-on sales and variations during installations

NEB Sales Coordinator (From Apr 2011 to Mar 2012)

· Coordinate specifications within supply line, also with Sourcing, Engineering or local subcontractors.

· Provides technical and costing support for the sales process

· Prepare the technical compliance statement for client and consultants comments.

· Studying the tender layout drawings and customer architectural & structural drawing.

· Organize the order documentation and order confirmation

· Manage the drawing and related documents

· Organize the purchasing of the required material

· Coordinating with Project Manager and Installation whenever required

· Handling Customer for Drawing and Finishes approval

SEB Key User (From Apr 2012 to Apr 2014 date)

· Accountable to assign the right maintenance profile to any new or modified contracts, to any equipment where the technical characteristics have been updated and to any equipment where the change of traffic conditions (evolution of start counter) leads to a new profile assignment.

· Accountable to propose and to define new maintenance profile, based on the equipment technical characteristics that will be valid for the organization.

· Accountable to check the missing equipment technical characteristics used for the MBM profiles, and to create an inspection visit to the technician in order to collect them.

· Responsible to maintain the “technician to equipment” assignment, based on supervisor decision.

· Accountable for the creation of the maintenance visits based on the schedule and for their distribution to the technicians.

· Responsible to compile the package service repairs tenders, make it signed by the supervisor, send it to the customer, monitor and react to customer's answers, and create the order.
