• Oversee E-Way Bill generation, CHA billing, GRN posting, PGI entries in SAP.
• Maintain meticulous compliance archives for Customs, DGFT & internal audits.
• Generate MIS dashboards and performance trackers for senior management visibility.
• Liaise with global customers for shipment status, issue resolution & service excellence.

• Maintained digital submission, tracking, and clearance through ODEX and ICEGATE platforms.
