Description: iPLM is a Business transformation programme that delivered an integrated PLM system which integrates BOM, CAD, Manufacturing and the other engineering information, replacing the old legacy systems and feeding to SAP Systems. Dassault Enovia 3D PLM is the enterprise solution for business transformation and needs dual data migration from 54 IMS DB’s and 250+ DB2 Tables.

Responsibilities:

• Designed Data Transformation and Migration strategy based on Agile

based delivery methodology

• Developed Data Models for IBM hierarchical DB, Relational DB2 tables and

PLM Dassault Enovia tool (Oracle DB).

• Bi-Directional data migration between Hierarchical and Relational DB

schema.

• Defined Business rules for Data Profiling, Mining, Cleansing and Archiving.

• Report Data errors, Data quality issues and provide solutions in agreement

to stakeholders

• Design data quality, accuracy and readiness dashboards

• Contributed to legacy interfaces deployment and cut-over planning

• Coordinated end to end BOM changes across the iPLM system

Project Brief
Net.data is an outdated scripting language used in Mainframe to design web screens using HTML directly in mainframe The screens will cease to work once the mainframe OS was upgraded and for the Business continuation there was a requirement to move the screen design from mainframe to distributed technology. Application screens were redesigned to Dot.Net screens from 1 tier architecture to a 2 tire architecture using Db2 store procedure and ASP.NET framework

• Worked with client JLR to develop integrated solutions and lead detailed architectural dialogues to facilitate delivery of comprehensive solution.
• Supervised deployments and provided troubleshooting and user support.
• Worked with clients post-implementation on user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
• Managed project scope, schedule, status and documentation.

Project Brief -
JLR's major applications in marketing and sales, Manufacturing, Finance and warranty domain applications are distributed across 10 LPARS total covering 120 legacy applications. The LPARS are having few unsupported software and ISV's and as part of the Mainframe remediation project is to upgrade the system software to bring it up to the supported version and test the application with Minimal impact to any of the existing business functionality and zero loss to production.

• Developed Testing Strategy , Test plan template , process flow diagrams and testing landscape diagrams for Mainframe remediation
• Trained and guided onsite and offshore team members with test plan, naming conventions ,quality and procedures.
• Worked with internal and external stakeholders and team members with Testing planning and timelines
• Troubleshooting test phases especially then interface test involved between mainframe and distributed applications

Project Brief -Jaguar launched first ever SUV called as FPACE in Jan 2016.

• JLR had only 1 WMI (world manufacturer identifier) SAJ which was registered under car category and there was legal restriction to have SUV category for FPACE vehicles to be sold in USA.
• JLR's core applications in marketing and sales, Manufacturing, Finance and warranty domain applications had hard coded WMI of car category and this was major hurdle for vehicle to be built and sold in USA.
• This project was kicked off to address the problem for strategic fix with tight timeline before vehicle launch and without affecting any applications and production using agile methodology

• Business process and System analysis across mainframe and distributed environment for Business requirements.
• Analyzed key aspects of business to evaluate factors driving results and summarized into presentations.
• Developed short-term goals and long-term strategic plans to improve risk control and mitigation.

• Project Brief
  Common Material Management System (CMMS) is mainframe application used by all t assembly and manufacturing plants of Jaguar and Land Rover. CMMS is both online and batch system covering concepts of supply chain management such as planning, supplier releasing, inventory, warehousing, BOM.
  Deliverable
• Leading team of 6 members
• Handling activities pertaining to -Data Separation from Ford to JLR -Documentation of technical; details of various CMMS modules specific to JLR plants.
• Production support of various modules of CMMS like Supplier Releases, Production Planning, Inventory, Forecasting and Data Repository.
