Territory/ Route planning, coverage in consultation with superior and Target achievement.
Focus on new markets and expand the network for growth.
Attend consumer / customer complaints and resolve.
Monitor the sales of existing Distributors and support to develop their business to increase our sales.
Monitor and collect the dues of the Distributors/Institutions as per policy.
Collect the complete competitor information and report timely.

Implement the Sales Promotional schemes as per company guidelines and utilize the POP judiciously.
Create new outlets for products and also ensure more products are sold under one roof.

Follow up the Indents with Distributors and take appropriate steps to increase.
Check the Route sheets of the Distributor and discuss with route salesman, regularly.
Follow up the delivery timings of the Routes and improve in consultation with your superior.
Maintain cordial business relationship with Retailers/ Distributors/ Transporters & their employees/ Institutions and with all customers.
Plan the new distributor territory and accordingly select the distributors.
