  • Handling recruitment process for ADM & DCX practices – PAN INDIA
  • Expertise in conducting campus placements for fresher hirings.
  • Tracking all open demands as per the open RR report and ensuring that the TAT does not exceed specified SLA.
  • Interacting with Business units, sourcing team, hiring managers on daily basis for the demands shared and have the CVs shared with the project team for evaluation for all open demands on regular basis till there is a final select.
  • Involve in the initial screening of the profiles shared from various source to check the Suitability and adaptability of the candidate.
  • Interact with the stake holders, schedule the interviews and facilitate coordination (F2F, Video Conferencing & Voice call).
  • Floor management on weekend drives – (Planning, allocating coordinators for each panels and resolving issues).
  • Negotiate salary with the candidates in accordance with internal salary bands and/or on-going market trends to maintain parity and selling the brand of the organization to convince the candidates.
  • Prepare and roll out offer to the shortlisted candidates.
  • Follow-up with the BGV (Background Verification) team for offered candidates and get status updates for of the same.
  • Doing POFU activities (Post Offer Follow Up) and ensure at least 70% offer to join ratio.
  • Managing the sourcing team and external vendors and for demand fulfillment.
  • Verification of candidate documents to ensure that the candidate is genuine.

Offer Team Auditor roles and responsibilities

  • Verifying the offers of SBU'S (OFF-SHORE & ON-SHORE – Dubai / Qatar) raised on Taleo by the recruiters with compliance and giving the approvals within specific TAT.
  • Engaged closely working with backdated cases and tracking the offer to join ratio. (OTJ)
  • Managing the adobe sign for sending out the addendum letters to the candidates (DOJ revision) for the entire SBU's PAN India.
  • Training the new joiners / interns about the entire recruitment process, offer creation.
  • Involving in the PR/PO vendor payments, giving approvals and closely tracking the status with the stakeholders and finance team.
