I lead the sales and operations team, overseeing juniors who are responsible for activities across three business verticals. Our team handles a volume valued at 100 crore per year, including both domestic and export business. I conduct daily reviews and meetings with production, QC, packing, and sales team to ensure timely deliveries. I work closely with the marketing team to grow existing accounts and establish new ones. I focus on the personal development of my team through tailored training, and I coach new associates on sales tactics and performance improvement. I participate in trade shows and sales events to promote our products.

• With an eye for detail and ability to handle tight deadlines, I have managed operations of multiple markets for various teams during my tenure at Texperts. I ensured a steady flow of goods & info to channel partners even amidst peak demand. I have diligently handled smooth operations of as high as 200 containers per month during the busiest times, showcasing my proficiency in managing high volumes with grace and efficiency. I have showcased my value by being a part of SAP core implementation team and a super user. I also handled independent sales accounts and got orders from customers.

• In my role, I have been responsible for ensuring smooth client interactions and communication, handling everything from coordinating orders to managing pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation. Playing a vital role in core operations, I oversaw the process from order acquisition to the dispatch of materials from the factory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy every step of the way.

• In my role, I provided essential support to the CFO by assisting during audits, meticulously recording purchases and sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of basic payroll functions. Additionally, I played a key role in financial transactions by generating debit and credit notes and diligently recording all inflows and outflows of funds. My responsibilities encompassed maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating transparent financial operations within the organization.
