Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to gather requirements, create proposals, and present cloud architecture solutions to potential clients.
• Including creating high-level AWS architecture diagrams, proposals, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for new clients.
• Cloud Architecture Design: Assist in designing cloud solutions based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with AWS best practices and Well-Architected Framework for security, reliability, and performance.
• Solution Implementation: Work alongside senior architects and engineering teams to implement cloud architectures, including setting up compute, storage, and network services in AWS environments.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and recommend optimizations to cloud environments for cost savings, scalability, and performance, leveraging AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and Auto Scaling.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture designs, deployments, and configurations, and generate regular reports on system performance, costs, and improvements.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions adhere to security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and data protection, while following compliance standards relevant to client’s industry.
• Cloud Service Delivery: Collaborate on AWS Service Delivery Programs, including preparation and documentation for AWS SSM, Microsoft on Windows EC2 and Amazon Cloudfront SDP documentation.
• Well-Architected Framework: Played a key role in achieving AWS Well-Architected Partner Program for Velocis Cloud Team.
• Conducted Well-Architected Reviews for numerous client accounts.
• Possesses strong understanding of six Well-Architected pillars and expertise in remediating identified High-Risk Issues (HRIs).
• Cloud Security: Contributed to dedicated AWS infrastructure security maintenance team.
• Experience working with AWS security services like Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, and AWS Config.
• Cloud Monitoring and Management: Implemented centralized security posture monitoring using Control Tower and AWS Security Hub from organization-level management account for all child accounts.
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM): Proven ability to set up and configure New Relic APM tool for various AWS deployments.
• AWS Managed Services Partner (MSP) Program: Deep understanding of AWS Managed Services Partner program, including latest Version 6 checklist and requirements.
• Actively involved with MSP preparation team, working towards fulfilling program requirements.

• Supported teammates by sharing knowledge on best practices in machine learning development, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Evaluated the performance of different algorithms on benchmark datasets, guiding informed decisions about algorithm selection for specific projects.
