- Currently leading a result oriented team of 15 bankers/ As a Branch Head monitor and mentor the staff and ensure wait time at the branch is within the deified threshold and first contact resolution is provided up to the satisfaction.
- BH, being leader of the branch, is also responsible for building relevant capability in branch staff, creating culture of owning the customer and providing appropriate solution to the customer in the first instance itself.
- Closely working and Monitor NPS, Ensuring Nil customer escalations for the branch and first contact resolution.
- Office account monitoring to assess status of transactions in office accounts and outstanding entries.
- Daily/periodically checking and auctioning of reports viz. EOD reports, Exception, Debit without check SQLs etc.
- Timely compliance and closure of observations from BOHI, IAD audits, RBI audits and other audits, if any at the branch
- Key Achievement Highlights:
- Increase Liability (CASATD Value) Book by 40% in FY 2023-24
- We have done 200% of Assign Target (More than 2 Cr.) Of Life insurance Premium and won so many contest Like – Life insurance Ka Mahasangram, RBBH Meet, March ManiaAll times topper in Cluster Group. In JFM we have done more than 1 Cr. Of Life Insurance Premium.

- During my Tenure My Branch was KCC flagship Branch of the region where we have done highest KCC Disbursement along with 99.50% of Interest recovery in Our Branch Total KCC book was approx. 75 Cr.
- During My Tenure I have cracked deal of Nagarpalika-Chhotisadri Escrow Account of total Liability relationship of 15 Cr.
- During my Tenure I have Over Achieved all Assigned Budgets of Fee, Assets and Liability.
