• Converting prospects into customers by selling bank core products and cross selling third party products to them
• Ensure that all people, process, data and systems in the branch are well attuned to deliver consistent and superior levels of service to all customers
• Handle customers’ enquiries and instructions while ensuring that the Bank’s delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met and process and documentation standards are competently adhered
