Responsibilities:

· Managing End to End Engagement with IT Clients, building relationships and managing delivery.

· Lead, manage and mentor recruiting staff (Onsite and Remote), refine recruiting process, maintain pipeline reports, responsible for target defining, performance reviews and development plan.

· Rich and hands on experience in US IT Recruitment, Resource Management and Vendor Management.

· Highly involved in communication with Onshore Recruitment Directors, Account Managers, Client Partners and Sales Directors on daily basis to understand the Client's requirement to make sure there is no gap in supply & demand.
