Responsibilities:
· Managing End to End Engagement with IT Clients, building relationships and managing delivery.
· Lead, manage and mentor recruiting staff (Onsite and Remote), refine recruiting process, maintain pipeline reports, responsible for target defining, performance reviews and development plan.
· Rich and hands on experience in US IT Recruitment, Resource Management and Vendor Management.
