Started my profession as a technical support engineer with Concentrix located in Chennai and worked with Veritas Backup Exec's technical support to identify product issues, help implement solution, provide tailored solutions across all tiers of support process.
With the next opportunity, found myself with ManageEngine AD360 product suite as a technical support engineer to learn the issue, help fix it with assessment based troubleshooting, log analysis & involving developers when necessity arises to tweak coding to find a solution or a work around until permanent fix. Lead a team of 10 members to maintain support process, provide support's input to R&D and implement new business strategies.
