Omnibus/Impact:

· Building customized dashboards.

· Creating and modifying probe (mttrapd, EIF and Email etc.,) rules files for various customization as per requirement of Client/LOB and creating rules for self monitoring.

· Building logics and managing Impact policies for proper event flow.

ITM:

· Implementing tiered architecture by installed RTEMS on Linux, Windows for several customers

· Installed and configured Monitoring agent on AIX, Windows, Linux, HMC, VIOS

· Worked on Error log and Event log on Unix and Windows platforms

· Installed, configured, created situations for various ITCAM agents (Oracle, DB2, SQL, MS-Exchange, VM Ware, Websphere, Logfile etc.,)

· Implemented agentless SNMP based monitoring on restricted environments.

· Managing and maintaining the Tools environment spanning 200+ severs across multiple datacenters by applying latest Fix Packs, maintaining OS level patch compliance, remediating vulnerability that are reported by security team.

Zenoss:

· Implementing Custom monitoring by writing shell/perl scripts and making remote calls by Zenoss Daemons as per client’s requirement on Linux/AIX servers.

· Setting up triggers and notifications and writing custom transforms for alerts.

· Integrating ticketing tools with Zenoss tools using zenpacks on GOM (Global Operations Manager) console.

· Performing administrator works on Zenoss Data Collectors for procuring data with respect to monitoring perspective.

· Troubleshooting various issue (server/network level) between Zenoss and Client servers and provide quick resolution.

· Configuring Email alert Notification for support groups about monitored devices based on severity levels.

• Managing Windows and Linux systems and troubleshoot various issues reported.
• Managing User Account and profile creation on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Managing user access and accounts.
• OS Level compliance - patching and keeping the server upto date with latest patch level and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Scheduling periodic backup and restore in case of data corruption.
• Troubleshooting OS and Hardware related problems.
