- Designed multiple component placement layouts by reducing busbar routing lengths of BDU of HV battery system for a 4-wheeler using CATIA V5.
- Design Drafting for a 4- Wheeler battery pack in 3d Experience tool(CATIA V5)
- Design, testing & mechanical Validation for modules of a 62 kWh battery pack for an OEM using CATIA V5 & Python for data validation.
- Design support & Developement of DVP method for Environmental & Mechanical testing & validation of a BDU unit of HV battery system using Python.
- Developed a single partical Electrolyte based thermal model(SPMET) for an Battery digital twin project for an OEM using MATLAB & Simulink.
- Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
