  • The SSC handles: system lifecycle, hardware support, monitoring, alert triggering, SRE support & Engagement, fleet support, and automation for many thousands of systems running IS&S Applications.
  • The SSC is the first point of contact for the Infrastructure that all the SRE groups are hosted on and its 24.

  • Our Team handles many Database servers and Application servers, which are highly critical with respect to the end user.
  • We used to configure and bring a new server up whenever there is an issue with the database servers.

Roles:

  • Configured the servers for database clusters. Dealt with the failover clusters, High availability servers and disaster recovery servers.
