• The SSC handles: system lifecycle, hardware support, monitoring, alert triggering, SRE support & Engagement, fleet support, and automation for many thousands of systems running IS&S Applications.
• The SSC is the first point of contact for the Infrastructure that all the SRE groups are hosted on and its 24.
• We are Proficient in AWS services like VPC,EC2,S3, Auto scaling, Route 53 and cloud watch
• Our Team handles many Database servers and Application servers, which are highly critical with respect to the end user.
• We used to configure and bring a new server up whenever there is an issue with the database servers.
• Adapted to workflow changes and implemented continuous process improvements to overcome obstacles.

Roles:

• Configured the servers for database clusters. Dealt with the failover clusters, High availability servers and disaster recovery servers.
• Automated and integrated the repetitive tasks through scripts in Shell
