• As an individual contributor, I managed the recruitment process from start to finish for multiple positions in the Product Team in India, with global hiring.
• I directly worked with the CEO and CTO to formulate the hiring strategy time and time again.
• Strategically sourced candidates through networking, company database, vendor partners, referrals, company website, and various other techniques. Assessed potential employee fit based on skills, experience, cultural alignment, etc.
• Manage the open applications in the recruitment system, manage the selection process and its progress, and provide timely, periodic recruitment reports.
• Built the product team from 30 to over 100 members in the span of 1 year.
• Involved in conducting reference checks, verifying degrees, scheduling drug testing, and providing previous employment verification.
• Responsible for extending offers, negotiating, and closing the candidate.
• Maintained ATS (Lever) with regular candidate updates and requirement postings.
• Involved in hiring backend engineers, frontend engineers, SDET, DevOps, architects, engineering managers, sales, marketing, HR, and finance roles.

Cyware is a product-based cybersecurity provider, Saas based automated security operations, orchestration, and response platform

As an individual contributor, my responsibilities are:

• I was hired at Cyware to build first-level technology teams from scratch in the Engineering Center (Bangalore).
• Responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and conversion.
• I directly worked with the CEO and CTO of Cyware to formulate the hiring strategy time and time again.
• Working closely with our global TA team in the USA.
• Increased the internal hiring rate by 40% and leveraged employee referrals, and attracted talent from a pool of passive candidates.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and stakeholders from different products and functions for hiring planning, strategy, and roadmap.
• Build a proactive pipeline and engage stakeholders with market insights and trends.
• Data management of all candidates in Freshteam.
• Mentoring a team of two.
