• Matching trades over CTM platform for Japan, Hong Kong & Singapore clients.

• Resolving mismatches in trade economics with VCON & BBG from front office desk in Calypso, Kinetic & Ignite.

• Ensuring client is facing agreed SSI from Omgeo Alert and if there is any mismatch in Market level then will correct in Easy way and release revised confirmation from Calypso.

• Creating client set up in internal system to process the trades for match over CTM /DTCC.

• VD Trade settlement for Japan, Hong Kong & Singapore clients are done without any position or shape issue, and booking internal cash movements in calypso from Euroclear to Domestic a/c.

• Regular contact with Euroclear & HSBC agent to match the trade in Easy way market and to settle smoothly in calypso.

• Creation of MT202 messages to delivery cash to counterparty and MT599 swift messages to instruct settlement deed to agent in AMH swift application.

• Any failed trade for VD today will be properly communicated to counterparty and will work with internal team to settle the same on next business Date.

• Custody safe keeping activity of checking the balance from Euroclear to our internal Domestic position.

• Intellimatch cash reconciliation for any payments released from custody end.

• Asset creation, Booking and settling of all OTC products as per Investment
  manager instruction.
• Performing Asset reconciliation with the IM report to ensure position matches with that of IM’s position.
• Providing a subject matter expertise in case of any new queries and if there is any new client onboarding.
• Ensure the assets are accounted and priced before cut off and meet the KPI.
• Creating setups on in-house system to account and valuate the securities.
• Updating floating rate index for swaps to validate the accrued interest
• Confirming the interest raised in the asset created is as per client’s instruction.
• Trade Affirmation and confirmation to assist clients in clearing and settlements activities for OTC securities on a real time basis via matching platforms like Markitwire.
• Investigating on the disputed, rejection, pending trades and liaising with the Client and broker in an efficient way to resolve the breaks.
• Handled both paper and electronic matching for most of the OTC products.
• Ensure all the second level controls are performed thoroughly any issues are promptly addressed and documented.
• Reconciling IM reports with BNP to ensure position match.
• Comparing BNP valuation with IM and investigate on any deviations by identifying the root cause and take corrective action.
• Identifying the breaks in INM and liaising with IM’s to provide cash\trade
  instruction to resolve the breaks
• Portfolio Reconciliation between calypso and client’s System and responding it related queries.
• Reconciling Position between Calypso, Client and Clearer for purpose of
  valuation.
• Attending queries related to position reconciliation between client and broker.
• Prioritizing high value breaks on month end for accurate portfolio reporting.
