  • Handled complete Operations and Purchase activities for launch vehicle parts Sourcing/Negotiation/SOW/SCM/RFQ/Line Delivery/Testing on a fast track mode; completing 50+ Purchase Orders and negotiations ; Resulted in 30% savings in project cost with fast track delivery of parts.

  • Project lead for execution of 15 MW Roof Top Solar Project (Value: 34.8 Cr) on LSTK basis across four states involving extensive coordination with Govt. entities and various stake holders. Resulted in timely project closure and availing subsidy, saving 40 % of project cost.
  • SPOC for implementation of renewable projects across all work centres, involving cross coordination with work centres on project feasibility and financials, and reporting to management. Resulted in 50 MW additional Solar Capacity Pan ONGC for the year FY20-21.
  • Played pivotal role in liaising work with Ministry/Govt for release of Viability Gap Funding of 3 Cr for installation of 6 MW Ground Mounted Solar Plants and registration of 12 MW of renewable projects under Clean Development Mechanism;saving cost to company via Carbon Credits.
  • Digital Initiative-Led the team for the first time implementation of Asset based Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics for identification and prevention of failures of equipment. Involved extensive market research, vendor interactions, coordination and management approvals. Resulted in deployment of solution across two assets by two vendors saving cost to Company

  • Key responsibility handled in facilitating the first time seamless integration of as designed/as built plant model from 2D to 3D plant design in ONGC which involved extensive coordination with M/s Aveva, LSTK Contractor, internal IT and Infocom teams. Provided 3D plant views for 4 projects easing work of operations.
  • Independently devised the online project documentation flow structure (Project “OPMAC”) for ease of documentation flow between Contractors, technical and project teams saving both cost and time in the detail engineering phase.
  • Part of core team for devising the methodology, implementing and empanelment of Inspection and certification agencies pan ONGC based on “Quality and cost based selection criteria (QCBS)”; saving time and cost to Company during bidding stage
  • Part of 3 member team involved in dispute resolution for project valuing 4500 Cr.Prepared cases for recovery of 238 Cr from LSTK Contractor and prepared arguments for ONGC in the “Outside Experts Committee (OEC)” for dispute resolution
