• Obtained and reviewed credit reports, credit references, credit insurance, and financial statements to establish credit limits for new accounts.
• Collaborated with the process team on the ILM project, driving process improvements, and efficiency gains.
• Worked closely with the collection team on a regular basis, developing strategies to manage delinquencies, and minimize losses.
• Ensured adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices by regularly updating department policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborated with sales teams to establish credit limits that balanced risk exposure with business growth opportunities.
• Managed and processed SHG and JLG files up to a ticket size of 100,000, ensuring timely and accurate credit decisions.

• Managed and processed KGC files up to a ticket size of 500,000, ensuring timely and accurate credit decisions.
• Reviewing delinquent cases and documenting learning, as well as portfolio reviews for risk management.
• Monitoring NPA and keeping track of it.
