Core Responsibilities

• Invoice Management : Receive, verify, and process incoming vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Three-Way Matching : Compare invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes (GRN) to ensure the company only pays for what was ordered and received.
• Payment Execution : Schedule and process payments via various methods, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, while taking advantage of early payment discounts.
• Account Reconciliation : Reconcile vendor statements, credit card statements, and bank transactions to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Vendor Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status and dispute resolution.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate historical records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation for auditing purposes.
• Month-End Support : Assist the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and aging reports.
