  • Draft and send good faith letters to clients, vendors, or financial institutions to address unprocessed or delayed payments.
  • Communicate proactively through good-faith letters to explain the circumstances of payment delays, and request waivers for any associated late fees or penalties.
  • Establish clear process guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the newly integrated process to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
