• Identification, Negotiation and Preparation of work order in ERP for Piece rate work sub contractor and Back to contractors.
• Preparing project reports and documentation, including project plans vs achievement status reports.
• Tracking project progress and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Addressing any issues or delays in the project promptly and implementing solutions.
• Carrying out site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Oversee the selection, ordering, and delivery of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Mobilisation of machinery and monitoring of machinery output.

• Subcontractor Management.
• Verification of Measurement Book for work executed by subcontractor and its reconciliation from client approved bill.
• Site verification of works executed and its quantity verification on site as well comparison with GFC drawing and concrete register.
• Preparation of work order in SAP for PRW and Back to Back subcontractors.
• Bill preparation in SAP and its certification from Accounts team.
• Preparing & Submitting Daily Progress, Weekly Progress and Monthly Progress Report.
• Preparing & Scheduling Detailed work programme using primavera P6.
• Coordinating with designer and Execution team to resolve the issues.
• Preparing Cost estimate for Project.
• Preparing and monitoring of Time cycle for every construction activities.
