• DG_CSC dispute classification is launched for DG MC, Air and SNR team to drive proactive identification, re-review and correction of ASINs, where the Dangerous Goods (DG) classification is not aligned with Chemical Safety compliance (CSC) classification.We have identified 51 defects for June 2024 and 89 Defects for July 2024.In Q2 24, we identified 48 FNs for Aerosol products for which we have added the flasher mail with correct classification which will help in preventing all aerosol related errors.Improve quality of classification data by ensuring that correct classification of DG in system.7Better Safety/ Regulatory compliance.Throughout the process, a detailed documentation of our findings, analysis, and reclassification decisions will be maintained. Also prepared a comprehensive report highlighting the discrepancies identified and the actions taken to address them.
• STAR (Sideline Tracking And Reduction) aims at tracking and reducing the categorized and uncategorized sidelines being made as a part DG classification by reviewers. The deep dive analysis based on Sideline reasons tabulated ratifies that despite having a tool like Insights to clarify doubts only less than 8% of sidelines are raised on Insights. The current TPH average WW being 7.8, an estimated TPH improvement of 8.97% is projected with an average TPH climbing up to 8.5. The gap between the gross TPH and net TPH is estimated to be reduced by 50%. An automated report generation and circulation for the Sideline dashboard is planned in pipeline.
