• Bioingredia chili production plant - Thrissur, India

Nature of duties.

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls using CAD.
• Facilitated weekly project planning sessions and kept stakeholders, team members, and team leaders informed on project status to ensure on-time delivery of the long-term project.
• Collaborated closely with Human Resources to develop and implement resource deployment strategies and ensured project compliance with all relevant industry standards.
• Effectively communicate technical information and updates to project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and contractors.
• Incorporate feedback and modifications into existing drawings as projects progress, or requirements change.
