Key Responsibilities:

• Was part of Project Transition for Vodafone UK ENT FIXED LINE project at Vodafone Shared Services India from TCS
  In this Transition Phase worked upon KA / KT documents to make transition smooth
• Working as Technical Manager and responsible for E2E Planning / Deliverables / Maintenance / Upgrade of UT/ST/SIT/UAT/PET Environments
• Handling different Domains within same team as Defect Management, Change Management and Deployments etc.
• Have been responsible for CMDB data analysis and data management part including Coordinating with customer and application owner for verification of data
• Handling Environment Delivery Management, Project Coordination and handling operational responsibility
• Handling different billing application for Vodafone UK Fixed Line Project on different technologies and platforms like DevOps, WebMethods, WebLogic, Apache, Linux, Unix etc.
• Handling OS patching for Linux / Windows / Database Servers / Vulnerabilities at Application Level, OS Level on both on-premises and cloud server
• Debug issues on environment during deployment and concerned with relevant team
• Perform basic sanity on environment. Basic knowledge on Cloud Computing
• Monitored expenditures to mitigate risk of overages

Designation: Assistant Manager
Role: L2/L3 – HP-UX Admin

Environment mainly consists of all Linux and Unix flavor Servers with different storage. Have mainly Telecom Oracle application running on them. Server count is 5000+.

Key Responsibilities:

• L2 & L3 support for multiple clients.
• Drove entire drive of Incident, Problem & Change management based on ITIL V3 principles.
• Quarterly patching on HP-UX server using Depot server.
  Troubleshooting performance issues of Production servers/Mission critical system.
• System monitoring and performance tuning.
• Managing systems using automation tools like Blade Logic.
• Configure Integrity Virtual Machines running on HP-UX 11.31
• Printer Management (Installation / Configuration Printer)
• Performing Disk Management Functions using VXVM, DG and lvol creation

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration of HP UX on HP 9000 & ITANIUM servers
• Working on MCSG like halting package, adding shared file system in cluster
• Patch Management, Diagnosis and troubleshooting of HP Servers & Linux Servers
• Disk Mirroring and management using HP Mirror / UX.
• Performance monitoring and kernel tuning on HP-UX
• Device management and configuration on HPUX systems
• Disk space management using HP UX Logical volume manager and Linux
• Responsible for Monitoring tool OVO (Open View Operation) agent installation / maintenance
