  • Reduced cost per shipment by 6.5% (savings of 1.9 Lakhs AED). Initiatives taken - damaged & pilferage reduction , manpower optimization , improved delivery conversions (reduced fake attempts on ground , validating reseller shipments through calling).
  • Tracked delivery performance, QC fail reasons, abuse & returns for third party logistics providers (3PL) operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fraud and risk analysis - Reseller shipments ordered in bulk by a customer from multiple accounts. Managed to reduce by 2% through relevant checks and calling process. Detected SKU's with return rates and drove actionable on them.
  • End to end management of a calling team and IVR - Managed Jordan based calling vendor consisting of 70 agents. Resulted in verified inputs from customers through calling (reduced fake attempt by 0.5%), increased in delivery conversion by 3.5% (3 Million AED) and reduced delivery & return time.
  • Led the damage & loss reduction project-Reduced damage and losses by a margin of 0.9% (cost saving of > 2 Mn AED). Initiatives taken-SOP for handling fragile items / liquid items in a better way. Shrink and bubble wraps for glass products.
  • Cost benefit analysis - Auto refund for low valued customer initiated return shipments. Resulted in savings of 1.5 lakhs AED.
  • TAT Management for or normal & premium delivery services to stabilize breach and customer cancellations.
