• Live troubleshooting of the issues faced by the customers using Vanilla Kubernetes in their environment.
• Live troubleshooting of the issues faced by the customers using OpenStack in their environment.
• Working on Managed-Service Architecture.
• Live Maintenance of the managed service offerings by working on Actionable Alerts, upgrading/patching and Technical Issues.
• Maintaining and creating Knowledge-Base and Product Documentation.

• Manage the in-house VMWare TAS clusters (Tanzu Application Service) (earlier known as PCF - Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Assist and train developers on the platform.
• Actively monitor the Platform using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk and Dynatrace and take actions accordingly.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD.
• Upgrade and Patching of RHOCP and TAS platforms.
• BAU tasks like enforcing and extending quotas, certificate rotation, etc.

• Delivering technical support to customers using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP is Red Hat's Kubernetes distribution).
• Ticket based, calls and/or remote sessions.
• Working with the Engineering Team to report bugs.
• Creating Knowledge-Base Articles.
• Reproducing issues in test environments by installing the clusters and simulating.
• Participate in Hackathons for pre-release testing of the product.
