  • The project name is Parkwest which is a 46.5 acres of development located right in the heart of the city binnypet location beside Eta mall
  • This project has 5 phases of development in total 11 towers with 82% open spaces along with 2 clubhouses with more than 37 amenities to keep every age group engaged all the time with the international standard amenties
  • I was selling phase 2 which includes 3 tower T4 Maple which is G + 31 floor and has a configuration of 1, 2 & 3bhk with the duplex at the higher floors
  • The T5 is the most luxurious tower among all named Sapphire, G + 2B + 32 floors which has only bigger dimension 3 & 4bhk starting from 2085 sft to 2940 sft with the beautiful 7 acres spreaded bio park with a sunset view which give an individual ultimate relaxation of mind
  • The last tower which I was selling was T6 Magnolia G + 32 floors which has only 2 & 3bhk starting from 1335 sft to 1970 sft
  • This is one of the wonderful project for the self use as well as a great investment opportunity right in the centre of the city
  • The price for the phase 2 is Rs 12000/sft.
  • My role was to build a long lasting relationship with the active Channel Partners and to get maximum number of clients for the site visit and then smoothly drive them to the closures .
  • I was also responsible to get their payouts within 45 days from the signing of agreement
  • I have also enrolled new Channel Partners to get more businesses from the CP vertical.
  • I was also responsible to provide them with revised pricing , inventory and the product knowledge for the phase 2 sales.

  • The phase 1 includes 3 towers Club Meadows, Hill Crest & Lake Verandah
  • Lake Verandah is the most luxurious tower among all with three side open for the cross ventilation and with a beautiful Hulimavu lake
  • This tower is designed such a way that all the apartment has a lake view and this tower has only 3bhks with 4 units per floor
  • The phase 2 again has 3 towers named Queensgate which is G plus 27 floors with 1, 2 & 3bhk, Evita which has 2, 2.5 & 3bhk and the last tower is dedicated only for 1bhks
  • The closest metro station is the upcoming Hulimavu Metro
  • This project has a nice connectivity connecting to every parts of bangalore
  • The centre of attraction is the brewery inside the clubhouse named Innana which have an amazing vibe connecting all the residents at one place
  • This project fulfills every individual basic needs with grocery store, medicine store with doctor consultation, barber and snacks points spread across the project.
  • I was responsible to assist Channel Partners lead for the site visit and smoothly take them for the sales closure .
  • I was responsible to update them on the inventory availability, revised pricing . I was mainly responsible to provide sales from the Channel Partners.
  • I was also responsible to collect the CP & loyalty billings , process the bills for the CP & loyalty payout on the timely manner .
