I am a technology leader with over 15 years of experience building and managing large-scale software systems. My career began in 2008 as a freelance developer during the global recession, and I have since grown into leadership roles at major organizations, like Reliance Jio and IDFC First Bank. Today, I serve as the Tech Head at APAC Financial Services.
Throughout my journey, I have focused on two main things: scaling systems for millions of users, and ensuring that technology is secure and follows government rules. I am best known for leading massive projects, such as moving 3 terabytes of company data to the cloud with zero loss, and building digital loan platforms that approve customers in just 5 seconds.
I have deep technical experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes. However, my real strength lies in bridging the gap between complex engineering and business goals. Whether I am managing an IT budget, facing a regulatory audit, or mentoring a team of engineers, my goal is always to build technology that is fast, reliable, and safe.
As the Head of Technology, I am responsible for the company’s entire IT department. This includes the teams that build our software, manage our servers, and handle data reports. I also sit on the board committees that decide our technology and security strategies.
