• Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and handle high-value, complex sales transactions.
• Site Evaluation: Analyze site conditions and construction drawings to recommend suitable parking solutions.

Marketing & Strategy :

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs in the urban mobility sector.
• Promotions: Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities and promotions for new customer acquisition.
• Strategic Planning: Develop 6-month pipelines and regional strategies to meet sales targets.
• Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical proposals, and demos to developers and architect.

• Site Planning & Preparation: Conduct Pre-Installation Visits to assess civil readiness, check structural openings, and ensure site conditions meet technical specifications for car parking systems.
• Technical Supervision: Oversee mechanical workgroups installing RCC & Steel structure Tower parking & Level Parking, ensuring compliance with fire and acoustic performance ratings.
• System Commissioning: Direct the final testing and handover of automatic, semi automatic & manal operated, Independent & dependent car parking systems
• Issue Resolution: Provide onsite technical support to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical malfunctions, working with the Design, PLC Support team to keep projects on track.

• Programming & Logic Development: Develop and test software for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI interfaces systems to regulate machine behavior.
