Working as a Treasury Analyst In Deposit Management process in Bank of America located in Hyderabad which is an integral part of Global Whole sale Banking and Operations which provides services to line of business on different products (Account Opening, Client Due Diligence (KYC), Signature card maintenance, On Board Assistance, Legal name changes for the companies and account closing for Large corporate Checking and Savings Accounts With Bank of America Corporation.
As an Analyst I am responsible for Processing of Client Request:
Responsible for Opening the accounts for the clients and updating the system of records with proper document check
Ensure that all the established procedures are followed
Maintaining the Clients Savings and Checking accounts correctly as per the documents
Our job involves in researching, Analyzing and Validating all the documents (Signature card, Banking Resolution, W9, IRS, various Amendment docs, etc. ) for commercial and Large corporate clients
To Complete the documentation accordingly and monitor the progress of pending documents for viewing
Delivering the Clarification reports timely
Handling Escalations and clarifications emails received from business partners in efficient and effective way
Ensuring the request are handled with accuracy and meeting the service line agreement
Understand the minute detail of each documents precisely to deliver client delight
Performing the Audit check for the team whenever there is a requirement
