Key Responsibilities:

• · Worked as individual contributor in cloud application development from scratch and data migration.
• · Supporting clients from different geography such as USA, UK, and Germany and · Delivered 4 projects to date.
• · Worked extensively in developing automated ETL workflows using data factory, synapse and Databricks.
• · Extensive Python/Pyspark hands-on knowledge used in projects completed.
• · Creating Data Model in Databricks using Delta Lake technique.
• · Implemented Automated Engagement-specific PBI refresh model in healthcare application which reduced processing data warehouse cube using legacy application from 36 hours to 4 hours max.
• · Processing of Large Datasets using Pyspark/Spark SQL Databricks to store data in cloud storage.
• · Developed multiple data warehouse models for different industries used by stakeholders in PBI reporting for business and analytical decision making.

Projects Undertaken: Banking and Finance Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Designed SSIS Packages to transfer data from flat files, database to SQL Server using Visual studio 2019.
• · Support of data warehouse on on-prem and azure SQL db.
• · Created Pipelines in ADF using Linked Services/Datasets/Pipeline/ to Extract, Transform, and load data from different sources like Azure SQL, Blob storage.
• · Using Lift and shift Azure-SSIS operations to migrate packages from on-prem database to Azure SQL database.
• · Used self-hosted integration runtime to import files from server and load them into azure Data Lake storage.
• · Working with DevOps team to deploy packages in SSIS integration catalogs.
• · Using Service now for incidents, problem and defects.

Projects Undertaken: Digital Enablement ,P&C Insurance Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in agile methodology as subject matter expert to support database and application.
• Performed server migration team in migrating processes/codes etc. from w2k8 to w2k16 servers.
• Imported data from SQL database and feeds to Power BI to generate reports. Published reports and dashboards for policy data, agent data and published on Power BI service.
• Involved in creating new stored procedures, views and optimizing existing queries.
• Configuring dataset scheduled refresh.
• Data standardization using trillium support in all regions as per requirement.
• Working on Defects for fixing issues and User Stories for new enhancements.
• Data insertion of various insurance clients/Vendors as part of PDP program into database per new Business requirements using Trillium, Batch Scripting and Autosys.

Projects Undertaken: PI Shared Services, P&C Insurance Client

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in report writing using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and creating various types of reports like drill down, Parameterized, Cascading, Conditional , Table, Matrix, Chart and Sub Reports.
• Worked with Report Manager to deploy reports across all environments.
• Extensive Knowledge in creating Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, functions, and Indexes using T-SQL.
• Used ETL (SSIS) to extract transform and load data into data warehouse.
• Extraction of Data using FTP and Transforming using tools like Bulk Copy Program (BCP) and SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS).
• Creation and Monitoring of Autosys jobs for SSIS packages.
• Developed, Supported and deployed 20 packages in project to handle different insurance data.
