Led a team of 24 for handling general administration, accounts, budgeting, payments and HR functions as Head of the Office

• Managed construction contracts of 4 residential complexes with 584 quarters worth INR 240 Cr in collaboration with the client, consultant (HUDCO) and ~5 contractors
• Increased overall floor area by 1.5% and decreased labour by 1% by introducing multiple changes in the layout of quarters and services scheme

Supervised a team of 38 staff members and 29 agencies on 80 construction & maintenance projects worth INR 24 Cr thereby serving 28 central govt

• Successfully settled pending payment worth INR 3.5 Cr by reconciling fund deposit and expenditure figures of past 5-year and convincing 2 major stakeholders

Supervised construction of IITGN Academic Buildings (worth INR 110 Cr) in addition to preparation of estimates, tender documents, measurements & bills

• Organized 20+ tours for students and visitors to IITGN new campus during construction highlighting its special design features
• Delivered the Academic buildings in 15% less time and facilitated shifting of IITGN from its temporary to permanent campus

Led a team of 42 staff and 550 workers to manage re-construction of 36 km road work under Tsunami rehabilitation project in The Great Nicobar Island

• Restored the flash flood ravaged approach road to minor bridge enabling traffic resumption within 4 days on the only road connecting 3 settlements with 2500+ population to medical facility, jetty, helipad and market in Campbell Bay
• A Ministry of Defense organization responsible for operation and maintenance of roads and bridges across 21 states

• Delivered lectures to 3rd year undergraduate class of 45 civil engineering students on Design of RCC and Steel Structures
• Organized a one-day national seminar on disaster management with a team of 5 faculties and 10 students which saw participation from 250+ faculties and students from various colleges
